  • Amendment 17- Supportive Housing Services (modified: 2 years ago)
    The Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS) requests an amendment to provide supportive housing services for chronically homeless individuals with a behavioral or physical illness or a substance abuse diagnosis. The supportive housing services will include pre-tenancy and tenancy support services to assist individuals with obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. The federal public comment period will be open from September 18, 2017 - October 17, 2017.
  • Hawaii Quest Integration Extension Request (modified: 1 year ago)
    On September 17, 2018, the Med-QUEST Division submitted an extension request to the Medicaid Coverage for the HI Question Integration section 1115 demonstration. The proposed extension will allow the state to continue the current waiver and expenditure authorities. Under the Demonstration, the state provides comprehensive benefits to nearly 360,000 Medicaid beneficiaries through a robust, including long term care and supports, managed care delivery system. The federal public comment period will be open from October 3, 2018 through November 1, 2018.
