    Massachusetts is requesting to amend its section 1115 Medicaid demonstration, entitled "MassHealth," to restructure coverage for non-disabled adults to align with commercial plans, to adopt widely used commercial tools to lower drug prices and enhanced rebates, and requests to strengthen its behavioral health care and addiction treatment systems; and shift Medicaid enrollment into a fully integrated delivery system. With this amendment, the Commonwealth aims to improve the quality and integration of health care delivery. The federal public comment period will be open from September 20, 2017 through October 20, 2017.
