  • New York Partnership Plan
  • New York Partnership Plan Demonstration
New York has submitted an application to renew its 1115 demonstration effective January 1, 2015. The application is a five-year request. The state seeks to continue its goal of improving access to quality health care for its Medicaid population by coordinating medical care and services while generating cost savings through managed care efficiencies. The state also requests to continue health system transformation for its Medicaid populations and reforming its delivery system statewide. The federal public comment period is open August 4, 2014 through September 4, 2014.
  • New York Medicaid Redesign Team Demonstration (formally called the Partnership Plan).
  • New York MRT DSRIP - Amendment Request
New York is submitting a request to amend its Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) demonstration for their Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. This proposal is structured in two phases: a one-year extension of the current waiver program expiring on March 31, 2020; and a subsequent three-year renewal that phases. Both phases, according to the state, will allow them to continue increasing efficiencies across delivery systems-and continue down the path of delivering value-based care to New Yorkers. The federal public comment period will be open from December 11, 2019 through January 10, 2020.
