Oklahoma SoonerCare

Oklahoma requested a three-year extension of the SoonerCare demonstration which provides authority to operate a Primary Care Coordination Network (PCCM) for mandatory and optional Medicaid beneficiaries. The demonstration also covers expansion groups that include non-disabled working adults, working disabled adults, parents of children in state custody, employees of not-for-profit organizations and full-time college students ages 19-22 through the Insure Oklahoma Premium Assistance program. Besides updating the evaluation for the requested extension period, the state has requested only technical corrections. The federal public comment period will be open from February 9, 2015 through March 11, 2015.
