The Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) 2.0

Indiana submitted a new section 1115 proposal, entitled, "The Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) 2.0", that proposes to provide a high-deductible health plan and an account similar to a health savings account called a "Personal Wellness and Responsibility (POWER) Account" to uninsured adults ages 19 through 64 with incomes up to 133 percent of the federal poverty level. The federal public comment period is August 22, 2014 through September 21, 2014.
