The TennCare waiver would prohibit any patient on Medicaid from accessing preventive care at Planned Parenthood health centers for birth control, cancer screenings, and STD testing and treatment. Restricting these services would be detrimental to public health and extremely ignorant of those making this decision. People of all incomes need to be able to access preventive care. Prohibiting this will only lead to more pregnancies and more STDs. Let the people get the education and treatment they need!
